Holiday Activity: Read “I Believe – Lost at the North Pole” December 1, 2010

I started a reading activity with my three year old today. I am reading the book “I Believe – Lost at the North Pole” by Lonnie R. Brinkley.

It is a cute story about a scientist who gets stuck in a blizzard until Santa’s oldest elf rescues him and takes him to the North Pole. The story goes on to share how Santa got his start. How the elves came to live at the North Pole. And, how the toys are delivered to all the children in the world.

It’s a long book for a three year old but we are taking it a chapter at a time. Which is a great way to put everyone in the Christmas spirit.
